If you are from out of town and not used to limo charges, be careful to always ask if an additional charge is involved for any itinerary change. I trust they are investigating the miscommunication issue internally. I wouldn't use them for a city tour, but may be alright for basic transportation.Trip 31292UPDATE:After a week of discussion, Jet Black has refunded the extra charges to my satisfaction. ![]() A couple hours after drop off, I found out they were charging me for an an additional hour that they claim we asked for.I think I will ask my credit card company to dispute. My wife said multiple time we need to wrap up before we are out of time, and he kept pressing on. He said he had nothing else to do until the evening. Problem is the driver kept encouraging us to do more without ever saying there would be extra charges for more time. We had a 3 hour NYC tour planned and transportation from LGA with a set price. Car was appropriate and driver was friendly, but not that knowledgeable of the city. ![]()
